Our Policies


All returns must be authorized by Central Coast Coopers to be eligible for any refund. A restocking charge will normally apply unless the product was defective. Customer must return goods in "as new" condition to be eligible for a refund. Core returns must be received in "good used" condition to receive the core refund. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier on receipt. No returns on electrical products. In some cases a manufacturer's warranty may apply.

In the case of the manufacturers warranty, Central Coast Coopers will do whatever we can to help with your problems, but most of the products we sell are made by other companies and we will warrant these product via those manufactures policies in effect at the time of your purchase.

Shipping will be "best method". This usually will be UPS ground service in the continental US but sometimes it may be the post office. A small handling charge is normally added to freight charges to help cover packaging. Large items are shipped by truck. Note: Truck shipments are less expensive if addressed to a commercial address. International orders are always shipped via the post office. No COD orders will be accepted. For international orders payment via wire transfer may be required. All prices are FOB our address. We can not guarantee when packages will be delivered. This is the responsibility of the carrier (usually UPS). Customer assumes ownership of goods upon shipment. Shipping damage must be reported immediately. We will assist in resolving shipping claims, but can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Central Coast Coopers will not be responsible for any consequential costs or damages do to shipping delays or damaged/lost goods.
